Kit lists are given out the first year you are in Pathfinders! There is a Spring/Fall Kit List and an Equipment
List. The equipment list is the list of eqiupment that the Unit owns or has access to for camping. Equipment items
can be requested by 3rd year girls when planning their own camps.
You are expected to keep your list in a safe place and then make adjustments to it as necessary after hearing the weather
forecast for your destination.
You should ask yourself some questions:
Will it be warm enough that I will want shorts?
Will it be cold enough to pack extra long pants or polar fleece?
Will I be doing an activity where I might get wet and need an extra complete change of clothes?
Will it be safe for me to have wet feet all weekend?
CAN I STAND
IN THE SHOWER IN MY RAIN COAT AND STAY DRY?
By the end of Pathfinders you should be able to pack for a weekend without a list or you may want to make up your own
list to check off as you pack.
